This southern part of Villmarksruta is more dominated by farmland and small villages. 

On today´s distance you will find several stores and more people along the road. Take a swim in the lake Setten at Tangen. Enjoy easy cycling on paved roads with limited traffic. To get to Rømskog Spa & Resort – the goal of today´s cycling – you leave the route for 3 km. The hotel offers indoor and outdoor swimming, and is beautifully located by Lake Vortungen, in the forests of Østfold.
