Evjua Strandpark is set in a charming rural landscape along the banks of Lake Mjøsa. The scenic farm roads of Totenvika are ideal for family cycling trips, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. Evjua is also the starting point for several great hiking adventures, including a trek to Hervenknappen, which rises to 660 meters above sea level from the campsite.
For mountain biking enthusiasts, the area boasts over 25 km of diverse trails, featuring technical challenges, smooth flowing sections, and thrilling descents towards Mjøsa. It’s truly a paradise for MTB cyclists. After a day of exploration, you can enjoy a delicious meal with stunning views at the Viken II restaurant.
Accommodation options at Evjua Strandpark are equally unique. Stay in one of the Panoramahytter – stylish cabins perched on stilts right at the water’s edge – or the historic Kapteinsboligen, a charming holiday house ideal for larger groups. The Panoramahytter offer a truly immersive experience, with the gentle sound of waves beneath your veranda or private bathing platform. Its rich history and spacious interiors make it a perfect retreat. Skibladner docks at the quay throughout the summer season – a truly unique experience!
