    Telegrafbukta

    The route winds its way along the wharf, passing close to the sea. The gravel road around Sydspissen is very pleasant - be careful when cycling, as this is a very popular walking path. In Telegrafbukta, the view of the mountains in the distance is fabulous and there are both nice grassy areas and a sandy beach - although be warned - the water temperatures are low. Close by you will also find the Folkeparken Outdoor Museum with its old buildings.

    Kvaløy Bridge

    This bike tour offers a scenic and leisurely route that takes you around the South Point, past the airport and over the Kvaløy Bridge. From the top of the bridge, you'll be treated to stunning views in both directions along the fjord.     Eide handel

    As you continue south towards Eidkjosen, you'll pass by the historic Eide Handel, known for its wide selection of goods and a popular destination for shoppers in the region. From there, a short uphill awaits you as you cross over the bridge, with a breathtaking view before you begin your descent towards Ersfjordbotn. This picturesque fjord is surrounded by mountains, including the towering Store Blåmann, a popular but challenging mountain trek.

    Bryggejentene Café

    The tour's half-way destination is the Bryggejentene café, located in an old fishing village right on the pier. Enjoy a well-deserved break with food and drinks before your return journey to Tromsø via Telegrafbukta, South Point and the pier. If you prefer a faster route back, consider taking Strandveien, which is marked as National Bike Route 1, but please be mindful of the increased traffic.

You cycle mainly on bike lanes and pathways, but some cycling in traffic. The trip starts in Tromsø city center, and there you can rent a bicycle if you don't have your own.
