Easy route around southern Kynna. The tour starts at Kynnbrua, where there is good parking. There are also occasional canoe rentals here.
It is a very nice loop that suits everyone. The bike should have dimensions suitable for some gravel, as you will ride on gravel and hard sand/soil. Note that the surface can vary throughout the year, especially on the west side of the river early in the summer. If it becomes too challenging, it is still easy to turn around and cycle the other way.
There are some great rest areas made available several places around the river where it is also possible to swim and camp. Remains of Stone Age settlements can be visited along the route. Shelters and established fire pits have been set up, and the entire area is a popular excursion destination. The area is quiet and peaceful with proximity to the water in many places and cycling along quiet pine forests. It is a paradise for paddling, so the tour can easily be combined with a trip on the lake.
Make sure to bring the food and drink you want for this day trip.
