It´s a short an easy ride from Sandefjord to Stavern. The route takes you along the coast, offering a blend of history, nature, and coastal scenery.

Kaupang – the viking city – is open in summer time with a lot of activities. Larvik is a hilly town, and the city center is located uphill. Bøkeskogen – a tranquil beech forest is ideal for a break. Nearby, you can see Farrisvannet, a freshwater lake known for its clean water and surrounding nature. In Larvik, there’s also the opportunity to catch a ferry to Hirtshals, Denmark.
From Larvik to Stavern, it´s easy cycling and the route runs close to the coast. Once in Stavern, explore the town’s harbor, art galleries, and local history.
