Today’s stage is easy to cycle from the start and goes through cultural landscapes. On the way to Västra Fågelvik, a nice view opens down towards the sea. Here is a nice church and swimming area. At the bridge over Foxen, it’s nice to take a picture.

Now begins the gravel road which is a bit hilly through the forest and you pass several lakes. At Nordmarken’s distillery it can be nice to have a stop – here there are benches and nice by the water. Even if it is not open to anything other than planned groups, you may have a chat with the enthusiasts here who produce their own, local spirits.

The gravel road continues and there is now a stretch of 1.5 km which is a path, a bit steep and demanding, but it does not last long and is completely cycleable. The last stretch of today’s stage is repeated on asphalt and is approx. 20 kilometers on a split road, but with quite a bit of traffic. It goes smoothly up and down with spruce forest on both sides. Lennartsfors is idyllically located with its canal locks, accommodation and restaurants. It is recommended to bring a packed lunch today as there is a long distance between the restaurants.
