This last day is a short and easy stretch with several places to rest, to swim, or even try a Via Ferrata zip line at Brekke locks. See illustration by Jonas Ingstad, Haldenkanalen Regionalpark. Be prepared for some traffic along the road today.
As you reach the final destination Halden, the stunning fortress is a must to visit. The city also offers places to eat and drink and several hotels.
