Conditions for supporting membership

Supporting Membership is an ongoing subscription that is automatically renewed each year at the price applicable at the time of purchase (currently NOK 199/year), until you choose to cancel it. Price changes only apply to new subscriptions, unless otherwise stated and communicated.

You can cancel your support membership at any time via your account on norwaybybike.com. Cancellation must be made before the start of the next renewal period to avoid being charged for the new period. No refunds will be made for periods started.

Upon first purchase, you will have immediate access to the digital material included in the membership. By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal therefore ceases in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven, Section 22, letter n).

Payment is made via the payment methods indicated at checkout. In case of automatic renewal, the amount will be deducted from the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the payment method is changed before the renewal date.

If the price of existing subscriptions changes, you will be notified at least 30 days before the next renewal takes place, by email to the address registered on your account.

Uploaded Images

As a supporting member, you may upload your own images to norwaybybike.com. By doing so, you confirm that you own the rights to the images and grant Norway by Bike a non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual right to use, publish, edit, and display them in our channels without compensation – even after your membership has ended.

You are responsible for ensuring that the images do not infringe on the rights of others or contain inappropriate content. Norway by Bike reserves the right to remove any material that violates these terms.

For the use of maps, GPX files, and other content on norwaybybike.com, our General Terms of Service apply, in particular Section 2 (Rights).
