Terms for Purchase and Delivery for the Online Store

On this website you can order and pay for items such as digital route guides, gift cards and useful bike accessories.

These purchase and delivery terms apply to online purchases in webshop at norwaybybike.com. The business is conducted by Norway by Bike AS, Colbjørnsens gate 12, 0256 Oslo.

Prices

Through this website you can order and pay for goods such as digital route guides, gift cards and useful bike accessories. Upon successful purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We ask that you check that all information in the order confirmation is correct. Contact us immediately if you find any errors in your order. As the order confirmation is sent out automatically without manual review, we reserve the right to cancel obviously incorrect orders.

Payment terms

Each product in the online store is stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping.

Payment is handled using Stripe. Supported payment methods are via Immediately card payments (MasterCard and VISA) or via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Shipping and delivery

Domestic

The price of shipping for orders with a total amount below 600 NOK is 69 NOK excluding VAT. For orders with a total amount over 600 NOK, shipping is free. Delivery time within Norway is normally 2-3 working days, but can in some cases be up to about a week depending on the postal service and that delivery does not take place daily in all areas.

Foreign

See table below. Prices are stated excluding VAT.

Outside Europe: NOK 135

Delivery time outside Norway is normally around one week, but can sometimes be around two weeks depending on the destination and local postal and customs clearance.

Return Policy

Physical products

According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (“Angrerettloven”), you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, within the withdrawal period, announce that you wish to cancel your purchase. You do this by contacting us via email info@norwaybybike.com or telephone +46 (0)8 640 96 56.

Any returns must be sent to Norway by Bike AS, Colbjørnsensgt. 12, 0256 Oslo. Label the envelope with Return to the Webshop. Items must be returned in complete and unused condition. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. A refund will be issued within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

Digital products

For digital products that are delivered immediately (such as downloadable PDF route guides), the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have agreed to immediate access to the content.

Your integrity

When you make a purchase, you agree that your information will be stored in order to process your order, complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, and send you offers from Norway by Bike. You may withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time.

The personal data you provide is stored and processed by Norway by Bike AS in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not store your data longer than necessary, and we will never sell your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to refuse purchases.
