Start the day with calm, idyllic cycling on a walking path along the sea. Then it carries straight inn on gravel roads and today’s first uphill. It goes through forest, nature and past calm water where you can experience cranes wading and enjoying the silence. Eventually, farms appear in a beautiful cultural landscape.

At Fröskog it is worth visiting the church which is quite special with its sheet piles – follow the signs up a short hill. The next stop to enjoy is Fengersfors with the cultural site Not Quiet. Here there are art exhibitions, cafes, shops in old industrial premises. It is important to take a good break here, because right after that it starts with a real uphill. It will be approx. 5 km evenly up on gravel roads before it carries down again to Edsleskog Värdshus which is idyllically located by the lake Edslan.
