Our Story

Sweden by Bike AB was founded in 2014 by Katarina Bergstrand and Ivan Glauser. We then realized that there is a lack of good information and inspiration about cycling tourism in Sweden. Since the start, the company has grown and Sweden by Bike is now the leading player in the field.

Our goal is to continue to grow and be the obvious choice for those who want to cycle in the Nordic countries. Now we have taken the next step – Norway by Bike. Together with tourist entrepreneurs and others who work to promote bicycle tourism in Norway, we will get more to discover all the beauty that Norway has to offer from the bicycle saddle. We are passionate about cycling tourism and think that cycling is a fantastic means of transport. Cycling is fun, healthy, exciting, good for our climate and so much more! In addition, it is for everyone – no matter who you are and where you are going.
